I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement from Majestic Flowers and Blooms, and I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and beautiful work. I placed my order the night before and needed the flowers delivered to a funeral home by 11am the next morning—something I wasn’t sure could even be done on such short notice. Out of concern, I called the shop early—before their business hours—and to my surprise, the owner graciously answered. She kindly explained that she was there early after having received my order the night before, gathering what she needed to honor our request. Her calm and compassionate response brought so much peace in a moment that was already emotionally heavy. The flowers were delivered even earlier than expected and arranged with such care and beauty.
